Bylaw 5.2: The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held one each calendar year on or before April 30 at such time and place as the Directors decide, of which notice in writing to the last known address of each member shall be delivered in the mail and/or by email and website notification 30 days prior to the meeting.

Highland Games Entry Forms
A new format entry form is being introduced this year to all Games in Alberta.
For this year, each Games will have only their events showing and we ask that you take great care in identifying your entries for each Games. This is a practice run for next year, when we hope to introduce one entry form only for all Games in Alberta. We are looking at the possibility of having on line payment for your Games entries, possibly next year, but more likely in 2010. We will keep you posted as the formatting progresses.
WORKSHOPS
A committee has been struck to organize workshops and Pipers/Drummers Clubs starting in the fall.
A proposal is being presented to Executive and will also be presented at the AGM for input and discussion.
Your attendance at the AGM to consider this proposal would be greatly appreciated.
